UI/UX Upgrades
Comprehensive UI/UX Update
What: The Engagement Hub user interface has been comprehensively updated to enhance usability and the overall user experience. This update includes:
- A fresh new look and feel with standardization of UI components across the platform
- Mobile versions of every screen for enhanced usability
- Updated color scheme

Top Navigation Bar Updates
What: The top navigation bar has undergone several updates.
- The "Upcoming Visits" and "Completed Visits" nav links have been merged into a single link labeled "Visits", coinciding with the new consolidated Visit List.
- The "Admin" nav link has been replaced with a ⚙️ icon to simplify the top navigation area.
- The "Schedule New" nav link has been replaced with a "Create Visit" button.

Visit Header
What: The Visit Header was updated to display all information more clearly.
- ‘Visit Outputs' now accessed via the '…’ button.
- Visit Change Log is now only accessible from within ‘Visit Outputs’ drop down list.

Administration Menu Reorganization
What: The administration menu has been comprehensively reorganized to enhance user convenience. This update includes consolidating duplicate links, reorganizing for more intuitive grouping, and a new layout with better visibility and easier access to all links.

Agenda Summary View
What: The Agenda tab has been updated to include a new ‘Summary’ view that provides users with a comprehensive overview in a single-column format.

Visit Opportunity Tab
What: The Opportunity tab has been updated to display information more clearly and highlight when changes have been made to an opportunity following an engagement.

Calendar and Visit List Enhancements
Visits List
What: The "Visits List” functionality has undergone a few key enhancements to improve user experience.
- "Upcoming Visits" and "Completed Visits" have been consolidated into a single visit with tabs to toggle between the two views.
- Customer logos are displayed for each visit
"Visit Name,” “Details,” and "Invite Status" columns have been updated to display more information.

Monthly Calendar
What: The Monthly Calendar received significant updates to enhance user experience, including a new cleaner design, along with the engagement card preview panel that lets you see more details about a day or an individual visit.

What: The Weekly Calendar has been updated to mirror the enhancements seen in the Monthly Calendar, incorporating new designs and functionalities to improve user experience.

It uses advanced AI capabilities to analyze the details of an engagement and recommends the best possible topics to add to the agenda.

AI Text Enhancer
What: The AI Text Enhancer leverages artificial intelligence to enhance the quality of customer-facing text and messaging. Enhance email templates, invitation templates, or speaker bios using the built-in AI Enhancement Prompts.
