Visit List
Overview
The Visit form facilitates the review of upcoming and completed visits based on specified filters. The categories "Upcoming Visits" and "Completed Visits" have been amalgamated into a singular tab titled "Visits.” The Visit logo is added to the Visit List.
How to access
Click on 'Visit Lists' on the Top Navigation Bar. Select 'Visits'.
Working with a Visit List
Upon the creation of Visits, they will be categorized under either the "Next Up" or "Recently Completed" tab according to their status.
The color coding for the Visits are -
- Search - enables users to locate visits by name, ID, or account name.
- Export - allows for the downloading of Visit lists in .xls format.
Filters panel - provides the capability to refine visits based on criteria such as site, status, type, and Business Manager, among others. Users have the option to "Save Filters as Default", ensuring these preferences are applied automatically upon accessing the page.
Edit Column Layout - offers customization of the columns displayed in the Visit List.
- Next Up & Recently Completed toggle - permits users to switch between viewing visits scheduled for the future and those already completed.
Quick Actions
Visit Notes - the presence of visit notes is indicated by an icon, which remains hidden if there are no notes. Should new visit notes be added, the icon's color changes and displays the count of new notes. After these notes are viewed, the icon reverts to its default appearance without displaying the count or color change.
- Visit Logs - alterations in the visit log are signified by a change in the icon's color and a numerical display of the changes. Upon reviewing these changes, the icon will revert to its default state, not showing the count or color change.
