Request Form - Visit Opportunities
The Visit Opportunities form allows you to identify business or sales opportunities impacted by this visit.

NOTE: Make sure the “Opportunities” tab is enabled for your visit type under the Admin - Request Form Setup page.
Overview
The Visit Opportunities form allows you to identify business or sales opportunities impacted by this visit.
Adding an Opportunity
There are a few ways to add Opportunity:
+ New Opportunity
This button allows you to set up an Opportunity for the first time.
NOTE: The form name and field labels are configured by your administrator and may be different than what is described here.
Add From CRM
This button only appears if it has been configured to access your CRM system. It will access your CRM and allow you to choose opportunities from that system.
Working with an Opportunity
Based on the date the opportunity was added, it will be categorized into either the pre-briefing or post-briefing sections. Opportunities that are added on the date of the visit or subsequently will be displayed under the "Added after visit" section.
Users have the capability to update an existing opportunity or remove it from the visit.
