Add/Edit Opportunity

The Opportunity Add/Edit form lets you specify an opportunity associated with this visit.

NOTE: This form may be configured differently than the example below.

  1. Customer Name - Select from one of the customers associated with this visit.
  2. Opportunity Name - The name of this opportunity.
  3. Opportunity ID - The ID code of this opportunity.
  4. Opportunity value - Revenue expected if this opportunity is successful.
  5. Annual Revenue - Our existing total annual revenue with this customer.
  6. Expected Close Date - When this opportunity is expected to close.
  7. Category Value - The category of product or service.
  8. CRM Stage - Where is this opportunity in the sales cycle?
  9. Competitor - The main competing company for this opportunity.
