How to access

In today's fast-paced digital environment, delivering clear and effective messages is crucial for briefing teams managing various programs. Our new feature is designed to streamline this process, ensuring that communications are not only efficient but also impactful. By offering a sophisticated way to improve email templates' body content and speaker bios, we empower users to elevate their messaging strategies effortlessly.

This feature is essential for users aiming to refine their communications across different platforms. It aids in enhancing the clarity, tone, and overall quality of emails and speaker biographies, ensuring they resonate with the intended audience. By integrating AI-powered text enhancement, users can effortlessly elevate their messaging, making it more engaging and professional.

Main Functions

  • Variety of Choices: Users can select from a list of prompts, each designed to refine the text in specific ways. This includes enhancing clarity, applying a professional tone, adopting a friendly tone, and catering to diverse communication needs.
  • Real-Time Enhancement: As the AI generates the enhanced text, users have the option to stop the process at any moment. This control is crucial for instances where the enhancement may not align with user expectations or when a different prompt selection is desired.
  • Seamless Editing and Saving: Once satisfied with the AI-generated enhancements, users can directly edit and then save the improved text by clicking the “Save Enhanced” button. This replaces the original text with the enhanced version in one simple step.
  • Flexibility to Copy Enhanced Text: Users also have the flexibility to copy the enhanced text for use in other applications, extending the utility of the AI enhancements beyond the immediate platform.

Email Templates & Speaker Bio

Activation

The AI icon becomes clickable in the Body Text editor for all emails added under Admin - Email Templates once the user inputs more than 50 characters. For the Speaker Bio, the AI icon becomes clickable once the user inputs more than 50 characters for the biography.

Enhancement Process

Upon clicking the AI icon, users are presented with a menu of prompts. Selecting one navigates them to the AI Text Enhance modal, where the enhancement process takes place. The original text is displayed on the left, with the AI-generated enhancements on the right.

Customization and Saving

Users can stop the enhancement process at any time to select a different prompt or if the process takes too long. After reviewing the AI-generated text, users can make adjustments as needed and then save the enhanced version by clicking the “Save Enhanced” button, which updates the original text with the enhanced version. The enhanced text can also be saved.
