Agenda Builder - Increased Scale in Edit View

What: The Agenda Builder time grid scale has been increased by 50% to display more information for short-duration topics and to allow more precise control using the drag-n-drop functions. Each hour is broken into four distinct 15 min sections to more visually breakdown the hour.

Room Schedule - UI/UX Updates

What: A few key updates have been made to the Room Schedule View to improve the user experience

  • Time Grid now displays down the left hand side instead of inside each cell to prevent overlap
  • Concurrent Room Assignments now display side-by-side instead of overlapping
  • Assignment blocks now match Agenda Builder for consistent styling

What: In order to optimize the usable space on screens within the briefing form, the Navigation Footer has been removed. The footer will only appear during the initial request process, when the visit is in an ‘incomplete’ state.

Request Form Table UI/UX Updates

What: Updates to improve the user experience have been made to various screens that use Tables to display information. Updates include

  • New table styling that removes borders and repetitive column headers to declutter and make information more digestible.
  • Rows will no longer be displayed if there is no useful information to share (Example: Sections for Document Categories will not be displayed unless the category has at least 1 document uploaded)

Dashboard Improvements


Display More Visits in ‘Visits Widget’

What: Enhanced the Visit widget to display up to 32 visits, an increase from the previous limit of 10. This change allows users to have a more comprehensive view of upcoming and past engagements directly from their dashboard.

Persistent Sorting Between Dashboard and Visit List

What: Sort order for visits is now saved when navigating from the Dashboard to the Visit List. This is most common when using the ‘View All’ links from the Dashboard widgets. This enhancement makes it easier for users to continue their workflow without needing to reapply sorting filters.

Reference Site Scheduling

(Only Relevant for programs using ‘Reference Site’ Scheduling Module)

What: Improved the functionality of Reference Site Scheduling to support multiple regions and sites more effectively. Added a new "Reference Site" filter to the Dashboard, Monthly Calendar, My Calendar, Weekly Calendar and Visits filter lists.

Hide Empty Visit Tabs Enhancement

What: Due to the fact that request form screens are controlled at the ‘Visit Type’ level, but some screens (such as Reason, Logistics, Extra Info) have their fields controlled at the ‘Site’ & ‘Visit Type’ level, there are scenarios where a requester can get to a screen in the request form that does not have any fields available to enter. This update adds extra logic to check for these scenarios and automatically skip past screens where there are no fields to enter, improving the experience for requesters.

Addition of Itinerary Data to API

What: The Engagement Hub is now able to send detailed itinerary data for each visit via the API. These capabilities will enable Itinerary data to be shared with the Nexus Experience Hub, or other third party systems.

Other Fixes:

Fix for 'Uh Oh' Error in Choice/Multi-Choice Questions

What: Resolved an issue where removing all response options from a Choice or Multi-Choice question would cause an 'Uh Oh' error when the BE attempted to display the question.

Dashboard and Calendar Filter Issue Fix

What: Addressed a problem where users were able to filter by inactive industries on the Dashboard and Calendar views.

Fixed Visit Summary Output Issue

What: Resolved an issue where the Visit Summary view was not displaying correctly when accessed from the Visit Outputs section. This fix ensures that the Visit Summary opens and displays as intended.

Scheduled Reports Recipient Issue Fix

What: Fixed a problem where only one recipient could be added to scheduled reports. The system now supports adding multiple recipients as intended.

Availability of Custom Questions in Report Filters

What: Solved an issue where certain custom questions were not appearing in report filters. All designed custom questions are now available for filtering in reports.

Announcement Functionality Fix

What: Resolved an issue where some functions in the announcements section were not operating correctly, particularly those involving images and links.
