Briefing Manager Dashboard
Overview
The Manager's Dashboard is your central hub to oversee and manage tasks specific to your role. You can view it by program, center, or individual assignments using filter options.
The dashboard includes 6 key components designed to support visibility and decision making for Engagement Teams:
- Visits: An overview of your upcoming and recently completed engagements, with helpful insights and quick actions.
- Recent Activity: Quick access to the last five engagements you've interacted with.
- Pending Requests: View and manage all incomplete and pending engagements in the queue.
- This Quarter Analytics: High level insights on program, center, or manager performance for the current quarter.
- Filters: Determines the scope of what is displayed within the dashboard.
- Search: Quickly find engagements or customers
Visits (widget)
Provides high level engagement details, insights and shortcuts to access the information and actions most commonly used. The Visits Widget is divided into 'Next Up' and 'Recently Complete' with slight differences between the two views.
Engagement Card
The Visits widget uses Engagement Cards to represent each visit, and give quick access to information and actions. The Engagement Card is broken down into the following major components:
Client Logo + Visit Name: Client Logo is displayed for single-client engagements, with the number of accounts associated with an engagement shown for multi-client engagements.
Click the visit name to jump to the visit info screen for the engagement.
- Quick Action Menu: Access to common actions without having to open the engagement.
- Engagement details: Core engagement details that help identify and understand the particular engagement.
- Engagement Insight Badges: Provide quick insights to shed light on areas of an engagement that may need attention. These badges serve a dual purpose by acting as quick links to the related areas of the system.
'Next Up' (Visits)
'Next Up' Visits displays your next 10 confirmed engagements, based on visit start date. Use the arrows on either side to scroll and view additional engagements.
Click 'View All' to see all confirmed upcoming engagements in the visit list view.
'Recently Completed' (Visits)
'Recently Completed' Visits displays the last 10 engagements that were complete, based on visit date.
Click 'View All' to see all engagements completed in the last 60 days.
Notice that the Insight Badges at the bottom of the completed engagement card are different than an upcoming engagement.
Survey Completion
Shows how many surveys have been completed. Clicking the badge brings you to the 'Send Survey' screen.
Average Rating
Shows the average rating for the engagement from all feedback. Clicking this badge opens the feedback report for this engagement.
Recent Activity
The Recent Activity widget gives you quick access to the last five engagements you interacted with. 'Interacted with' is considered any action that is recorded in the Visit Change Log.
Pending Requests
The Pending Request widget provides a list of visits that have not yet been confirmed by the management team.
You can click the visit name within the engagement card and navigate to the first tab of the visit, or use the Quick Actions menu to confirm / decline the visit right from the dashboard.
This Quarter (Insights)
This Quarter (Insights) widget highlights key metrics for the current quarter.
Based on the filters set for the dashboard, you can see quarterly insights for your entire program, specific center, or for an individual briefing manager.
Filters
The Dashboard Filters allow you to refine the results within your personal dashboard view. Filters apply to all widgets within the dashboard EXCEPT 'Recent Activity'.
Filters are preserved in your browser session, so as long as you remain logged-in, your current filter set will be used every time you return to the dashboard.
Use the 'Set as Defaults' Checkbox at the top of the filter bar to save the current filter set as your personal defaults. Your defaults will be used every time you log into the system.
Search
The search function gives you the ability to quickly find a specific visit or history with a specific company (account).
- Search on the visit id, name, or account.
- Enter at least 3 characters to activate search
'View All' will navigate you to the 'Visit list' view with all search results displayed. This is a great way to see the full history of an account - just search by account name and click 'view all' to see a list of every engagement you have had with that account.
