Check Availability

The Check Availability screen (Calendars -> Availability) allows you to quickly see if the center has the capacity to support a specific visit. You will be asked to describe the location of the proposed visit, the type of visit, the estimated attendees, and the date and time. The system will then show you a calendar of available dates. You may then select one of the available dates to either hold that date or directly begin filling out the visit request forms.

NOTE: The form name and field labels are configured by your administrator and may be different than what is described here.
