What if I don't have information that is required on a screen?
Certain information is required in order to submit a request form. It is not advised to omit required information because your request may be rejected by the briefing team for lack of info. However, you can always leave your request form to gather information and come back later to complete it. The Engagement Hub will save any information you have entered assign the visit request a status of Incomplete. You should get the missing information in a timely manner and complete the request forms. When you select your incomplete visit, The Engagement Hub will bring you back to the place where you left off.
Incomplete visit requests are marked with a white circle in your My Visits list.
NOTE: Incomplete visits will automatically be erased after a predetermined time. Check with your center coordinator to find out how much time you have to complete the visit request.
NOTE: The hold date function may not be available at all sites. If holding a date is not an option, you must submit a full visit request in order to reserve your date.
