Request Form - Visit Approval

Visit requests that require prior approval will include an Approval page in the visit request forms.

1. Approval Status - Shows the status of the approval request.
2. Send Approval Request Button - Send a request for approval.
3. Bypass Approval Button - If this visit request is pre-approved, record the details or circumstances.
4. Approval Person - If an approval request was sent, the person receiving the request is shown here.
5. Approval Conversation - Clicking on the approval person will show details of the email conversation.
