Send Approval Request

Visit approvals are sent via email to groups or individuals authorized to allow this visit to be submitted. This window lets you send the approval request.

1. Approver Search Field - Find approvers by typing part of the name, select a matching approver.
2. New Approver Button - If the person who needs to approve this visit is not found in the search field, use this button to add a new approver.
3. Message to Approver - Enter whatever information is required by your approval policy.
