Key Enhancements
NEW Date / Time Selection View
The new Date/Time Selection View provides greater visibility, fewer clicks, and an overall more intuitive design to requesters looking for an available date & time.

Attendee Requests & Availability Checking
Allow requesters to check availability and select key attendees they want to participate in their engagement, directly within the request process. (Only Attendees that have been ‘associated with the site’ in Site Admin are included in this view.)

Visit Info Scheduling Detail
You can now see all room assignments for a visit directly on the visit info screen! A new section within the Visit Info page displays date, time and room details.

External (Inbound) Request Form
The External (Inbound) Request Form allows customers, partners, and other folks outside of your organization to request engagements at your experience centers or with your team at trade shows.
The forms can be customized to capture the key information required for an external request.
Once submitted, your team has access to all the same workflows, planning, and management tools available for an internal request.
Site-specific links to this external request form can be generated at any time by an admin.

Participant Schedule (Hourly View)
The Hourly Participant Schedule allows you to see when specific discussion leaders, key attendees, or other teammates are available. I displays a detailed view of participant assignments per day. Users can see availability, assignment details, and hover for visit-specific information. Filters can be saved and set as default for quick access.
Availability is based on assignment and personal calendar events recorded within the platform.

New Site Type - “Event”
The ‘Event' Site Type is designed for programs that are managing engagements at a Tradeshow or Event. This special Site classification enables new fields in the admin view:
- Event Start and End dates set the date range when the event will take place, which determines availability for scheduling at this location.
- Associated Attendees lets you link key internal people who are attending the event to this particular Event site, and allow them to be requested in the booking process.

Room Schedule Enhancements
A series of enhancements to the Room Schedule improve usability and efficiency for Engagement Managers who use this view frequently. Key updates include:
- Visit Duration Visibility on cards
- Color Coding
- Default to First Day with a Booking
- Site Block Display
- Event Day Highlighting in the date picker (For Event Sites)
- ‘Current Time' Marker when viewing today’s schedule
- Updated Visit Popover with key info and quick access
- Quick Actions Menu (incl. “Remove Room”)
- Clickable Popover Elements for visit name and time
- Filter Preservation (within your browser session)

Bugs Fixed
[#1243] – Dashboard - Analytics widget - Reflect Fiscal Yea
The Analytics widget on the Manager’s Dashboard now reflect quarters in relation to the fiscal year defined in Global Settings. This is intended to provide more relevant metrics for your program.
[#1414] Bug Fix – Multi-Day Visit Alternate Date Selection
Resolved an issue where selecting alternate dates that matched the original visit dates for multi-day visits caused the system to hang with a loading spinner. Users can now select matching alternate dates without triggering an infinite loading state.
[#1272] Bug Fix – Participant Schedule Filter for Active Engagements
The filter on the Participants Schedule View: “Only include participants with active assignments”, was treating personal calendar blocks as an active assignment, and displaying those participants who ONLY had a personal calendar block. This has been resolved to only consider an engagement assignment as an ‘Active Assignment’ for purposes of this filter.
Bug Fix - Opportunity Reporting Charts Issues
Certain charts related to Opportunity fields in the report builder were having issues being rendered. This has been resolved.
