Version 3.10.0 (April 8, 2025)
Key Enhancements
New Custom Fields for Site Configuration
What: We have added three new custom fields that can be renamed per tenant and enabled or disabled per site through the database. These fields include two text fields and one text area field, providing greater flexibility for site-specific configurations.
Where: Admin - Sites - Site Details
Visit Start Time Interval Updated to Include 15-Minute Option
What: The "Visit Start Time Interval" setting was changed from a toggle field to a single-selection bullet list. A new "15 min" option was added to the list, allowing users to select 15-minute intervals for visit start times. This provides greater flexibility and precision in scheduling visits.

Emails coming from Client Domain
What: The Engagement Hub now supports sending all outbound emails from a client’s custom domain, rather than the default briefingedge.com
. Clients can configure a single email address (e.g., EBC@nexus.com
) to be used across all email types, including invitations, user registrations, and password resets. This ensures brand consistency and enhances user trust. The system will also handle user replies to the configured email address.
