New Report Filters
What: We’ve introduced three new custom filters in the Report Builder to enhance data segmentation and reporting accuracy:
- Customer Attendees Role filter – Allows users to filter reports based on attendee roles, providing better insights into customer engagement.
- Internal Attendees filter – Enables users to separate internal participation from customer-facing interactions for clearer reporting.
- Account Sales Region filter – Helps users analyze data based on regional sales performance, supporting strategic decision-making.

What: We have restricted connections to only integrated CRM organizations, preventing users from encountering unknown system errors.

Enhanced Session Timeout Functionality, Security and Authorization Flow
What: Improved session timeout handling by automatically re-authorizing SSO users. Login/password users will be redirected to the authorization screen and, after successful authentication, returned to the page they were on. This ensures a seamless experience while maintaining security.
