Key Enhancements
EBC Total Revenue Impact Metric
What: We are introducing one of the most powerful metrics to demonstrate the value of the EBC (Executive Briefing Center)—the Total Revenue Impact Metric. This metric highlights the sales impact of customer engagements by tracking the increase in associated opportunity values. This enhancement helps teams quantify the direct business impact of customer engagements, demonstrating ROI and strengthening the case for future EBC investments.
Example:
- Opportunity A is created in Salesforce with an initial value of $25,000.
- Opportunity A is added to an Engagement, and during the engagement, its value increases to $40,000.
- Once the Engagement reaches the status “Completed” or “Closed”, the impact of $15,000 is recorded in the Salesforce Report and displayed on the Dashboard.

Add "More" Option to Account, Opportunity, and Contact View-All Pages
What: We have added a "More" option to the View All pages for Accounts, Opportunities, and Contacts. This allows users to remove entities from engagements that have more than three associated Accounts, Opportunities, or Contacts.

Bug Fixes
Error for Contacts Without an Account
What: Resolved an issue where an error occurred on the SF Visit Details page when adding Contacts without an associated Account to the Engagement Hub.

Duplicate Rooms Displayed in Tooltip for Multi-Day Visits Without Agenda Items
What: Fixed a bug where the same room appeared twice in the tooltip for multi-day visits that did not have agenda items.
