Key Enhancements:

Instantaneous Bi-directional Data Sync (Nexus <--> SF)


What: Synchronization of visits now occurs instantaneously, rather than being updated once daily. Whenever a visit is created, updated, or deleted in the Engagement Hub, the modification will be immediately transmitted to the Sales Enablement Hub in Salesforce.

Expanded Engagement Object Data in SF

What: Additional Engagement details are now shared from Nexus to the Salesforce Engagement object, and displayed on the Visit Overview page. New shared Engagement data includes:

  • Agenda Topics
  • Speakers
  • Visit Rooms
  • Briefing Manager
  • Off-site Location
  • Voice of the Customer
  • Post-visit Comments.

Upon updating this information in the Engagement Hub, it will be immediately transmitted to the Salesforce application.

Add Accounts, Opps and Contacts from the Salesforce Engagement Object

What: Sales reps can now add accounts, opportunities, and contacts to their visits directly in Salesforce, while working in the Engagement Object. These additions will be immediately synchronized with the Engagement Hub.

Sales Impact Reports

What: The Sales Enablement Hub now includes a suite of pre-built EBC Opportunity Reports to help you analyze EBC Opportunity data, and showcase the impact you have on sales performance. These reports include powerful metrics such as: revenue influenced by the program, total revenue closed by the EBC program, and comparative reports showing opportunity data for opps that came into the EBC program vs those that did not, including: win rate and average time-to-close. These report are also consolidated into the Sales Impact Dashboard. which is automatically generated as part of the V6 upgrade,

Mapping updates

What: The mapping capabilities have been enhanced by eliminating non-functional and redundant fields such as Account Notes, Customer Address - Line 2, Customer Province, among others. This update streamlines the process and improves the efficiency of data handling.
