Key Enhancements

New Speaker List Parameters in the Agenda Export

What: We’ve introduced new speaker parameters to the Agenda Export that allow you to display speakers in their own separate list, similar to how attendees can be displayed. Within the Speaker List, the following parameters are available:

  • Speaker Name
    • Includes a list of unique speakers from the Visit.
  • Speaker Title
    • Adds the titles of the unique speakers from the Visit.
  • Speaker Email

    • Provides a list of email addresses for the unique speakers from the Visit.

      *Speaker email is also now available to be included in the Agenda Section with the speaker details.

New Parameters in the Name Badges Export


What: Separated FirstName & Last Name parameters have been introduced to the name badge exports, allowing more control over formatting and styling.

New Filter option for Reporting


What: A new advanced filter option has been added to the Report Builder to provide more control and flexibility over which visits are included in a custom report.

Before this filter was introduced, the date range filter only looked at the start date of a visit, and included visits in the report only if the start date fell within the specified date range. This filter allows you to expand the filter to include visits if any day of the visit falls within the date range.

Use case: The most common application of this filter is for programs that create a Daily Activity Report that shows all visits taking place in a center Today. This filter allows you to include multi-day visits in this report, even if the visit does not start Today.

Select Manager Roles to Receive Speaker Responses

What: Previously, When the “Copy of Discussion Leader Response” toggle was enabled, all manager roles would receive email copies of speaker responses. The new multi-select field allows administrators to select specific manager roles who should receive speaker responses for the specified site. This update ensures the proper people are receiving notifications, and prevents others from being sent unnecessary information.

Bug Fixes

Synchronizing Presenter Photos and Bios Between NEH and NXH

What: Synchronization of Presenter photos and bios between the Nexus Engagement Hub (NEH) and Nexus Experience Hub (NXH) has been fully restored. Updates are synced to the Experience Hub and Customer portal within minutes of the change taking place.

Report Filter Field Returning Incorrect Data

What: Fixed an issue where the report filter field was not returning the correct data. This ensures users receive accurate and relevant results when applying filters.

Where: Reports
