Version 3.6.0 (October 31, 2024)
Release Date: 10/31
Key Enhancements
Performance: Migration of Images from Database to S3
What: Images previously stored in the database have been migrated to Amazon S3. This change improves system performance, reduces database load, and leverages S3's scalable storage capabilities, ensuring faster access and better management of image files.
Where: Image storage system.
Email Domain Unification Function
What: In order to address issues where users are entering the engagement hub from various systems with different email domains, the Email Domain Unification function allows email domains to be transformed to a standard domain upon login through SSO or CRM integrations. This can help prevent duplicate user records and enforce a standard email domain for all users.
For example, “@oldcompany.com" can be transformed to "@newcompany.com" upon login.
Where: Nexus Engagement Hub
Restriction on Request Submission for Requester Role
What: Users with the Requester (Account Manager) role are now restricted from submitting requests unless they either created the request or are the owner of the associated visit. This enhances data integrity and ensures that only authorized users can submit requests.
Where: Request submission functionality – Engagement Hub.
Send Requester Data to Salesforce App
What: Requester data can now be sent to the Salesforce App and stored within the Briefing Center Visit (BCV) object. This helps tie the engagement to the requester within Salesforce and enhances reporting capabilities within SFDC.
*Salesforce package version 5.18 required
Where: Engagement Hub – Salesforce App Integration.
Other fixes
