Experience - Customer Portal - Leadership
Overview
The Leadership section is essential for managing and displaying information about key leadership members for each center. This feature enables users to easily maintain up-to-date leadership details, ensuring accurate representation of the individuals responsible for managing and overseeing each center's operations.
Leadership Details
You can easily modify leadership information by clicking on the name of the leadership member within the center’s page.
Field | Description | CP side |
Leadership First Name | Up to 60 characters | Shown for both layout A and B. |
Leadership Last Name | Up to 60 characters | Shown for both layout A and B. |
Leadership Photo | Formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG Up to 100 MB |
Shown for both layout A and B. |
Leadership Title | Up to 60 characters | Shown for both layout A and B. |
Leadership Bio | WYSIWYG Up to 300 characters |
Shown for both layout A and B. |
Center Access | Dropdown with a list of centers the User has access to multi-select |
Defines the access level. |
The order of the Leadership members in the CP is configured under the Customer Portal - Center Info tab.
