Data Sync: Salesforce -> Engagement Hub

These are the data fields that can be mapped from Salesforce into the Nexus Engagement Hub for each object that Nexus interacts with.


Requester

Field Description
Requester First Name The first name of the requester.
Requester Last Name The last name of the requester.
Requester ID The unique identifier of the requester.
Requester Federation ID The federation identifier of the requester, if applicable.
Requester Email Address The email address of the requester.

Account

Field Description
Account Name The name of the account.
Account Sales Channel - Level 1 Top level of sales channel (hierarchy field)
Account Sales Channel - Level 2 Bottom level of sales channel (hierarchy field)
Account Address Business / Mailing address of Account
Account City Business / Mailing city of Account
Account State Business / Mailing state of Account
Account Postal Code Business / Mailing postal code of Account
Account Country Business / Mailing country of Account
Account Industry Industry / Vertical of Account
Account Website URL for Account Website
Account ID ID for Account (Does not have to be SF ID)
SF Account ID SF Assigned Account ID
Account Status Status or Type of Account
Account NDA Signed Status Boolean Value if NDA is signed or not
Account Text Field Can be used to map any text string field
Account Picklist 1 Can be used to map any single select field
Account Picklist 2 Can be used to map any single select field
Account Picklist 3 Can be used to map any single select field

Opportunity

Field Description
Opportunity Name The name or title of the opportunity.
Opportunity ID Unique identifier for Opportunity assigned by SF
Opportunity Stage Current sales stage of the Opportunity
Opportunity Amount Opportunity Value amount
Actual Revenue Amount Amount closed
Opportunity Expected Booking Date The date the opportunity is expected to be booked.
Opportunity Category The category associated with the opportunity.
Opportunity Account ID The unique identifier of the associated account.

Attendee (Contact)

Field Description
Attendee First Name The first name of the attendee.
Attendee Last Name The last name of the attendee.
Attendee Title The title or position of the attendee.
Attendee Phone The phone number of the attendee.
Attendee Email The email address of the attendee.
Attendee Role The role of the attendee within their department or organization.
Attendee Country The country associated with the attendee.
Attendee Gender The gender of the attendee, if specified.
Attendee Function The function or department of the attendee.
Attendee Country The country associated with the attendee.
Attendee Account Name The name of the account associated with the attendee.
CRM Contact ID The contact identifier in the CRM system for the attendee.
CRM Account ID The account identifier in the CRM system associated with the attendee.
