Enhancements to "Add From CRM"

Search Updates

What: The "Add From CRM" search functionality has been improved. Users can now search not only by the name of entities but also by ID for opportunities and accounts, and by ID and email for contacts. This enhancement makes it easier to locate specific entities, especially when dealing with a large number of records.

Updated Default List of Opportunities & Contacts

What: When using the "Add from CRM" feature for Opportunities and Contacts, the system will now suggest SF recently reviewed entities assigned to previously selected accounts. This ensures a consistent workflow when working with different entities.
