Agenda Builder Enhancements
List view - Add topic
What: The "Summary" page has been transformed into an editable "List" view, allowing users to add topics. The ‘Add Topic’ button allows you to build your agenda without switching views, making the process more streamlined and efficient.

Select time out of the visit range
What: Topics can now be added to times outside of the current visit start-end times, automatically expanding the visit bounds to fit the topic. (You will be prompted to confirm this change before it is saved)

Select room not assigned to the visit
What: Frustrated by how many clicks it can take to add a topic into a room other than the main room for your visit?
The restriction limiting topic to rooms assigned to the visit has been removed, allowing you to directly assign any available room to a topic from the ‘Add/Edit Topic' modal.

Calendar Enhancements
"Show Notes" Filter Addition
What: "Show Notes" filter in the Monthly and Weekly calendars, enabling users to hide notes that are not relevant to them. This settings can be saved within your personal defaults.

"Show Personal Calendar Date" Filter Addition
What: "Show Personal Calendar Date" filter in the Monthly, Weekly, and My Calendar views users to hide personal time blocks if they are not relevant. This settings can be saved within your personal defaults.

Specify Roles for Editing Internal Attendees
What: Added new configurations under Settings to specify roles (Account Manager or Briefing Manager) that can edit Internal Attendees for a visit. This change resolves previous restrictions that prevented these users from updating Internal Attendee data.

Meeting Owner Assignment Fix
What: Resolved an issue preventing specific individuals from being assigned as Meeting Owners, which previously resulted in an error.

Attendee Comment Attribution Correction
What: Resolved an issue where attendee comments were incorrectly attributed to a single person instead of the actual attendee who provided the feedback.
