Add/Edit Room Reservation

Allows you to specify a room assignment for the visit

1. Room - The room currently assigned. Drop down a list of available rooms to change the assigned room.
2. Start Time - The start time of this room assignment.
3. End Time - The end time of this room assignment.
4. Available - Shows the availability of this room for this day.
