Add/Edit Credit Card

Adding a credit card to a visit allows visit-related expenses to be charged back to the proper group or project.

1. Name on Card - The name on the credit card.
2. Card Number - The full card number without dashes or spaces.
3. Card Type - Automatically added based on the card number.
4. Expiration - The month and year of the credit card expiration.
5. Billing Zip Code - The billing address zip code.
