Add/Edit External Attendee
Identify contact information for external visit attendees. These fields have been set up by the site administrator so what you see may vary from this example.
- Navigate to your briefing and select Attendees on the left navigation panel.
- Select Customer Attendees.
- Add Attendee.
- If an edit is required for the Customer Attendee, select the pencil icon under actions.
- Upload or Remove Attendee Image: Gives you the ability to Add, Edit or Remove the image of the Internal Attendee.
- Attendee Fields - The fields that have been set up for external attendees. You may see more or fewer fields.
- Attendee Special Flag Checkboxes - Optional checkboxes used to identify attendees with special significance. Typically, these are used to identify virtual attendees or key contacts, but you may see different labels.
