Add/Edit External Attendee

Identify contact information for external visit attendees. These fields have been set up by the site administrator so what you see may vary from this example.


  1. Navigate to your briefing and select Attendees on the left navigation panel.
  2. Select Customer Attendees.
  3. Add Attendee.
  4. If an edit is required for the Customer Attendee, select the pencil icon under actions.

  1. Upload or Remove Attendee Image: Gives you the ability to Add, Edit or Remove the image of the Internal Attendee.
  2. Attendee Fields - The fields that have been set up for external attendees. You may see more or fewer fields.
  3. Attendee Special Flag Checkboxes - Optional checkboxes used to identify attendees with special significance. Typically, these are used to identify virtual attendees or key contacts, but you may see different labels.
