Add/Edit Customer or Account

Provide information about this customer and optionally, their current situation, requirements, and/or interests as those relate to this visit.

1. Upload Logo Button - Upload a customer logo from your device.
2. Logo Image - The uploaded customer logo.
3. Permanent Customer Fields - Fields in the upper portion of this window are permanent customer fields, meaning that if this customer is used in a future visit, these fields values are carried along. Examples are 'Industry' and 'Website URL'.
4. Customer Field Heading - These are optional, but serve to group customer fields into logical sections.
5. Customer Fields Related to this Visit - Fields in the lower portion of this window are visit-related customer fields, meaning they provide additional information about the customer as they relate to this specific visit at this time. These fields are not carried along if the customer is used in a future visit. Examples are 'Competitors for this Opportunity' or 'What is our current relationship with this Customer?'
