Alternate Visit Dates

Alternate visit dates are a way to record 'backup' dates for the visit, in case the primary date becomes unavailable, or if an involved party is forced to cancel.

1. Primary Visit Date (#1) - A display-only line to remind you of the primary visit date and time.
2. First Alternate Visit Date (#2) - An alternate visit date/time. This line is bolded indicating it is active and we are now working on this date/time.
3. Date Selector - Select the date for the active alternate date/time.
4. Time Selector - Select an available time slot for the active alternate date/time.
