Editing a User or Presenter Profile

1. Profile Types - There are up to four profile types described below.
2. Profile Photo - Select this image to upload a new profile photo.
3. Profile Active/Inactive Switch - Each profile type has an Active/Inactive switch. To disable a profile type, switch that profile type to Inactive. 
4. Profile Information Fields - Fields configured by your center for each profile type.

Profile Types

1. General - A general profile is the 'base' profile and is required for all other profile types.
2. User - A user profile is required for this person to access The Engagement Hub.
3. Host Briefer - A host briefer profile is required for this person to be a visit host. Host Briefing profiles are optional and may not be enabled for your program.
4. Presenter - A presenter profile is required for this person to be a visit presenter.

Adding a Profile Type

If a profile type is available but does not yet exist for a person, that profile type will be gray and have a plus icon. Click on the plus icon to add this profile type to this person.
