Request Form - Visit Survey
Pre-visit and post-visit surveys can be set up to capture attendee impressions before and after the visit to see if and how much attitudes have changed as a result of the engagement. Typically, customer attendees have different surveys than internal attendees.
- Pre-Visit Email Button - Send pre-visit surveys to all attendees, or any subset.
- Post-Visit Email Button - Send post-visit surveys to all attendees, or any subset.
- Print Button - Print any survey (pre vs. post, customer vs. internal) for completion offline.
- Manual Entry Button - Manually enter a printed survey for any attendee.
- Survey Results - View compiled survey results. Depending on the type of results requested, this can be downloaded or shared with others.
- Name - The attendee's name
- Company - The attendee's company
- Pre-Visit Survey Status - The status of the attendee's pre-visit survey.
- Post-Visit Survey Status - The status of the attendee's post-visit survey.
