Request Form - Visit Survey

Pre-visit and post-visit surveys can be set up to capture attendee impressions before and after the visit to see if and how much attitudes have changed as a result of the engagement. Typically, customer attendees have different surveys than internal attendees.

  1. Pre-Visit Email Button - Send pre-visit surveys to all attendees, or any subset.
  2. Post-Visit Email Button - Send post-visit surveys to all attendees, or any subset.
  3. Print Button - Print any survey (pre vs. post, customer vs. internal) for completion offline.
  4. Manual Entry Button - Manually enter a printed survey for any attendee.
  5. Survey Results - View compiled survey results. Depending on the type of results requested, this can be downloaded or shared with others.
  6. Name - The attendee's name
  7. Company - The attendee's company
  8. Pre-Visit Survey Status - The status of the attendee's pre-visit survey.
  9. Post-Visit Survey Status - The status of the attendee's post-visit survey.
