Request Form - Visit Itinerary

The Visit Itinerary form allows you to document travel, entertainment, and dining activities related to this visit.

  1. Add Item - Use the appropriate button to add an itinerary item to this visit.
  2. Add Contact - Use this button to select one or more visit attendees who are connected to this itinerary.
  3. Itinerary Items - Itinerary items already added to this visit. Click on the gray bar to expand the details panel to edit.
