Request Form - Visit Attendees

The Visit Attendees form allows you to list the external and internal attendees for this visit. There are a few ways to add attendees to each section:

  1. Attendee Lookup - This field allows you to search for previous attendees.
  2. [+ Add Attendee] - This button allows you to add a new attendee.
  3. [+ Add From CRM] This button only appears if it has been configured to access your CRM system. It will access your CRM and allow you to choose attendees from that system.
  4. [Upload Attendees] - This button only appears if it has been configured for your system. It allows you to upload a spreadsheet with a list of attendees.

Each attendee has a series of icons which give you the following functionality:

  1. Reorder Icon - Click and drag this icon to move the attendee up or down in the list. The attendee order is maintained throughout the Engagement Hub.
  2. Attendee Name - Click to update Attendee details.
  3. Key Attendee icon (Request Form Customization => Attendee section => Is Key Contact field).
  4. Attendee invitation status - Shows the status of the attendee invitation.
  5. Note Icon - If this icon is filled in, there is a note associated with this attendee. Hover your mouse over the icon to see the note. 
  6. History Icon - If this attendee has participated in past visits, this icon will appear. Click on it to see this attendee's visit history.
  7. Attendee Flag icon (Request Form Customization => Attendee section => Attendee Flag field).
  8. Checked-In Attendee icon.
  9. Delete Icon - Remove an attendee.
