Request Form - Visit Team

The Visit Team form allows you to specify people who are connected to this visit including visit owners and managers or coordinators who will assist with aspects of the visit. Visit managers or coordinators will usually be added by the EBC team after the visit request has been submitted.

NOTE: When you request a visit, you are made the visit requester as well as a visit owner.

TIP: If you are requesting a visit on behalf of someone else, be sure to make them a visit owner which will allow them to access to the visit.
