Where do I see what's going on in the Center?

There are several ways to see the center's activity. The most popular views are the Briefing Manager's Dashboard, Visit List, Weekly Calendar, and Monthly Calendar.

Briefing Manager's Dashboard - Briefing Manager Dashboard, the central hub of our platform. The dashboard includes 6 key components designed to support visibility and decision-making for Engagement Teams center visits: 
  1. Visits: An overview of your upcoming and recently completed engagements, with helpful insights and quick actions.
  2. Recent Activity: Quick access to the last five engagements you've interacted with. 
  3. Pending Requests: View and manage all incomplete and pending engagements in the queue.
  4. This Quarter Analytics: High level insights on program, center, or manager performance for the current quarter.
  5. Filters: Determines the scope of what is displayed within the dashboard.
  6. Search: Quickly find engagements or customers

Visit List- The Visit List facilitates the review of upcoming and completed visits based on specified filters. The categories "Upcoming Visits" and "Completed Visits" have been amalgamated into a singular tab titled "Visits.” The Visit logo is added to the Visit List.

Weekly Calendar- Shows all visits, holidays, and notes for any given week. You can filter this view using the filter icon in the upper right of the screen. Some of the features you can utilize here are:

  1. Adding new events: Visits, Site blocks, Room blocks, Notes, and Personal calendar dates
  2. Filters: Empowers you to personalize the information presented in the calendar according to your preferences
  3. Color coding of the Visits: Provides the capability to personalize visit colors based on your preferences.

Monthly Calendar- Displays summary-level info for visits on a monthly view. Some of the features you can utilize here are:

  1. Adding new events: Visits, Site blocks, Room blocks, Notes, and Personal calendar dates
  2. Event cards containing all the essential information. Updated cards for all events with a high number of additionally displayed data
  3. Filters: Empowers you to personalize the information presented in the calendar according to your preferences
  4. Color coding of the Visits: Provides the capability to personalize visit colors based on your preferences.
