What are the Different Visit Statuses?

HELD: The date has been temporarily held with minimal information provided. The person who held the date must complete and submit the full request within a certain amount of time or else the date is released and hold date is deleted.

INCOMPLETE: The request form has been started and a date has been selected, but not all the required information has been provided to submit the request.

TENTATIVE: The visit request has been submitted with all required information, however it has not yet been confirmed (approved) by the briefing center team.

DECLINED: The tentative visit request was declined by the briefing center team (this means the visit did not get confirmed). A decliend visit still retains all its information and can be resubmitted by the account team.

CONFIRMED: The visit has been reviewed and confirmed by the briefing center team. At this point, invitations can be distributed via the Invitation Manager.

CANCELLED: A confirmed visit was cancelled by the briefing center team. All information has been preserved for the visit and the meeting owner can restore the visit to a new tentative date.

COMPLETE: When a confirmed visit passes its end-date, its status is changed to Completed. From here, surveys can be distributed, and visit information can still be updated.

CLOSED: Closed means that the visit has been archived. From this point no changes can be made to the visit details, but everything is available for reporting still. You can reopen a closed visit which sets it back to 'Completed' Status.
