What does it mean if my visit gets declined?
Your visit request can be declined for a number of reasons. It essentially means that the Briefing Team did not accept the request and therefore did not confirm it. There may be an explanation in the DECLINE email that was sent to you.
Keep in mind that all the information you entered for the visit request is preserved when it gets declined. So, you can go back into BriefingEdge and RESTORE a declined visit by selecting it from 'My Visits' and then clicking the "Restore Visit" button.
