Why are certain days not available on the calendar?

Dates may show up as unavailable (gray) on the calendar for a number of reasons:

• The center is fully booked and there is no available space
• The center requires more advanced notice for planning the visit
• There is a holiday or block on that date
• The rooms or equipment needed for the type of visit you selected is not available
