How do I check Availability at the center?

Access the 'Availability' link under the Calendar tab. You must identify the location, type of visit, and estimated attendee count -- then the Engagement Hub will display a calendar illustrating which days are available at the center. (Green represents an available date)


*Note: The 'Availability' link may not appear in your main menu if your System Administrators request it be turned off. In that case, you will have to use the 'Request A Visit' link to see the availability for a specific request.

If you click an available date, you can temporarily hold the date or launch into the visit request process
