What browser should I be using with the Engagement Hub?
The Engagement Hub has been tested with all major browsers including:
Make sure you are using the latest version of one of these browsers.
Please do not use any version of the old Microsoft Internet Explorer. Over the years, we have had users contact us with various problems...from not being able to log in, to buttons not working, to parts of screens not appearing. All these problems were traced back to using Internet Explorer. Internet Explorer has not been updated by Microsoft since 2015 and not only doesn't work well with modern web applications but is extremely vulnerable to attacks.
